1 Introduction
PVDF is a polyvinylidene fluoride product with low melt viscosity, classified as a thermoplastic fluororesin.PVDF is produced by the suspension method and is currently the best PVDF available in China. This resin exhibits excellent mechanical strength and toughness, along with resistance to most chemical media. It is a versatile material suitable for various processing techniques to manufacture PVDF products.

2 Packaging Method

Packaged in 25 kg bags. The packaging ensures convenient handling, storage, and dispensing of the resin while maintaining its quality and purity. Each bag is labeled with product information, including the product name, grade, and batch number for traceability.

3 Notes for Attention
PVDF should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, protected from direct sunlight, moisture, and incompatible substances. During handling, it is essential to follow standard safety procedures, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and dust masks. In case of contact with skin or eyes, immediate rinsing with plenty of water is recommended, followed by seeking medical attention if necessary

SHFL2011

SHFL2011 is a low melt viscosity grade polyvinylidene fluoride homopolymer. It has high purity and excellent chemical stability to most active substances and solvents. It has excellent mechanical strength and toughness, high wear resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance and low permeability to most gases and liquids. It is easy to melt through the standard injection molding method.

SHFL2008

SHFL2008 PVDF homopolymer is low viscosity grade that with high purity. Important properties include excellent chemical resistance to most aggressive substances and solvents, excellent mechanical strength and toughness, high abrasion resistance, high temperature capabilities, excellent aging resistance, low permeability to most gases and liquids and easily melt-processed by standard methods of injection. This product is suitable for injection moulded processed products.

SHFL2012

SHFL2012 is a medium melt viscosity grade polyvinylidene fluoride homopolymer. It has high purity and excellent chemical stability to most active substances and solvents. It has excellent mechanical strength and toughness, high wear resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance and low permeability to most gases and liquids. It is easy to melt through the standard extrusion molding method.

SHFL2006

SHFL2006 PVDF homopolymer is medium and low viscosity grade that with high purity. Important properties include excellent chemical resistance to most aggressive substances and solvents, excellent mechanical strength and toughness, high abrasion resistance, high temperature capabilities, excellent aging resistance, low permeability to most gases and liquids and easily melt-processed by standard methods of extrusion. It is suitable for the extrusion of PVDF plates, rods and pipes.

SHFL2005

SHFL2005 is a medium-viscosity grade polyvinylidene fluoride homopolymer with high purity. Important properties include excellent chemical resistance to most aggressive substances and solvents, excellent mechanical strength and toughness, high abrasion resistance, high temperature capabilities, excellent aging resistance, low permeability to most gases and liquids and easily melt-processed by standard methods of squeeze and molding. This product is suitable for making fishing line.

SHFL2013

SHFL2013 is a medium and high viscosity grade polyvinylidene fluoride homopolymer with high purity. Important properties include excellent chemical resistance to most aggressive substances and solvents, excellent mechanical strength and toughness, high abrasion resistance, high temperature capabilities, excellent aging resistance, low permeability to most gases and liquids and easily melt-processed by standard methods of squeeze and molding. It is suitable for the production of monofilament and electronic wires.

SHFL2007

SHFL2007 is a powdery polyvinylidene fluoride resin prepared by suspension polymerization. It has excellent acid and alkali resistance, good mechanical strength and toughness. It has good solubility in NMP, DMAC, suitable for dry TIPS process, and has wide applications in water treatment industry.

SHFL2017

SHFL2017 is a powdery polyvinylidene fluoride resin prepared by emulsion polymerization. It has excellent acid and alkali resistance, good mechanical strength and toughness. It has good solubility in NMP, DMAc, suitable for wet NIPS process, and has wide applications in water treatment industry.

SHFL E201

SHFL E201 is a medium molecular weight polyvinylidene fluoride homopolymer. It has good permeability and excellent mechanical performance. It can be repeatedly infiltrated and sintered, suitable for stirring processing technology. It is widely used in the coatings industry.

SHFL2606

SHFL2606 is a medium to low melt viscosity polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer with high purity and excellent chemical stability to most active substances and solvents. Excellent mechanical strength and toughness; High wear resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance. For the low permeability of most gases and liquids, it is easy to melt through the standard extrusion method.

SHFL2608

SHFL2608 is a low melt viscosity grade polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer, which is especially suitable for demands in the cable industry.
