Product Introduction

Our PFA tubes are manufactured from imported PFA resin and excellent chemical corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and crack resistance, as well as good transparency. Compared to other fluoropolymer tubes, PFA has a higher degree of polymer purity and working temperature. It is very suitable for more critical low-pressure applications.

Product Features

• Retains almost all the advantages of PTFE, but at the same time, due to the decrease in crystallinity, the melting point and the viscosity can be processed by hot melting.
• It is superior to FEP in high temperature resistance and stress cracking resistance, and it has excellent flexural strength, and its mechanical strength at high temperature is also superior to PTFE.
• It has high and low temperature resistance, long-term service temperature of -200 to 260℃ excellent corrosion resistance, resistant to all chemicals, low friction coefficient.
• It has good electrical properties, its electrical insulation is not affected by temperature, good dielectric properties, excellent radiation resistance Flame retardancy of V0 grade.
